The Inns of Provincial Philippines.

Mr. Ruelo,
Hello, could I inquire something?, I want to know if we have
a hotel or Inns near the Domestic airport in Pasay?, a
walking distance would be fine I've been there for a few
years, or maybe in near International airport, the cheap
one, just to sleep over night.
Thanks.

Subject: Zamboanga City
Hi Rick...
Thanks for the website on the Philippines. Quite helpful.
I plan to visit
Zamboanga City in November with some American friends. Any
idea if it is
safe to visit? We've heard of some recent kidnappings.
Also, have you got any more info on Lantaka or Garden Orchid
Hotel. We like
Lantaka because it is in the center of town; Garden Orchid
because it's much
newer. Any thoughts? Which is better?
Thanks much,
Jerry

it's my first time to visit your web page. i was wondering how i can have
our resort included in your list. we are in the process of developing our
very own website but in the meantime it would surely be beneficial for us
to be advertised in your web page.
please let me know by dropping me a message at lala@laguna.net

We will be renting out our private small beach resort "Alabat Beach" on Alabat Island, due to our transfer from the Philippines to Thailand. Would you please check out our website http://www.alabat.com and let me know if you would be interested to include the URL on your pages? Like to stress that it is not a big commercial undertaking, we are just renting it out to keep it going.

Do you have any information on a place called Platation Bay Resort? I believe it's in Mactan. I tried searching (on thissite)but maybe I'm not looking hard enough. I'd appreciate it if you can provide some info or a (another) website.
Thanks

Very informative site. Nice work. I would suggest though that you update it with more infos about the inns in Ozamis, Cotabato City and Pagadian. These are the places I'll be going to in a couple of months and any information from your site is very much appreciated. I will try to give some of my actual experiences in some other provincial inns.

.. I was trying to ask you to include our newly opened inn in your listing of Provincial Inns in the Philipines. Our inn is called the "KALAMAYAN INN" and is lcoated in Coron, Busuanga Is, Palawan. We have a simple web page at http://www.epic.net/kalamayan which lists rates and other information. E-mail address for the Inn is kalmayan@epic.net . We have six air conditioned rooms and are operating on a "bed & breakfast" basis. Work is continuing on the kitcheb and restaurant and a bar and by August (98) we will be a full service restaurant. Hope this gets to you ok.

Bay View Inn is located at the center along the lake of San Jose viewing the entire City Of Tacloban. It is near the airport and other tourist sites. Aside from reasonable price and good service, the food is delicious (Filipino and American )cuisine. It is also the safest place when from bad weather - Roy Pinoy roypinoy@aol.com.

Hello Rick,
I got your note from your browse of my Web page and I finally checked yours - yesterday actually. I agree that the provinces ARE the Philippines. Manila and Cebu are just for landing the plane. From my pages, you can gather that I spent some time in the country. I liked Bicol and Legazpi because of the laid-back atmosphere and the beauty that I tried to capture in a few photos. Your "Inns" list is really useful. I'll add a link somewhere. My wife is from Bohol so next time we go back I'll check the Panglao resorts for you. Take care. See you at the beach!
